Compliant Pool Fence
The codified Pool Safety Standard introduced by the Queensland Government on 01 December 2010 requires all residential and shared pools to be safety inspected and compliance certified, with newly built pools, property sales and tenancies impacted immediately.
Current home owner/occupiers with existing pools have until 30 November 2015 to comply with the new laws, unless the property is sold or tenanted.
